    Hi,

I activated the Show Or Hide Content option and wrote in a page exactly the same text displayed in your informative site.

    [uo_show for=’loggedin’]Content for logged in users[/uo_show]

    [uo_show for=’loggedout’]Content for logged out users[/uo_show]

The page loaded when I was logged in, and I could see all content. The same behaviour occured when I was logged out.
The problem is that the two messages are always displayed doesn’t make difference if the user is logged in or logged out.
Why don’t the shortcodes hide the content?
    May you please help me?
    Thank you

    Hi paulabarreto,

If what you pasted above is correct, it seems like your apostrophes are special characters in the attributes. That would definitely cause problems. Sorry, if you copied them from our knowledge base, can you try manually typing them in and try with quotation marks? See if that addresses the problem.

    Hi,

Yes, using quotation marks fixed the problem.
    Thank you very much.

The link to your knowledge base is: https://www.uncannyowl.com/knowledge-base/show-hide-content/. I copied both shortcodes from there.

    Thank you

I have the same problem. I have tried single and double quotes, I am actually following a Learndash tutorial on Youtube (How to make a learndash site in one hour) but the shortcode is not working! The shortcode that adds the resume button is though ??

Forget that. Turning the option on in the Pro Tools dashboard helped :p
