show only stars as rating result (hide counted votes)

Hi, when I use the shortcode [ratemypost-result], it displays the average rating as a number (next to the stars) as well as the vote counts in brackets. How can I hide that and only show the stars?

Furthermore, how can I add some text before the [ratemypost-result]? It seems that it produces automatically a break command.
