Show only parent categories / disable category display

Hey Goran & crew,

I’m just checking out your plugin and I already love it. Preview/jump to comments etc is awesome!

I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to disable showing the category?

2. I use some parent categories with lots of subcategories like:

Books
-SciFi
-Fantasy
-Classics
Audiovisuals
-Movies
-Series
-Documentations
Music
-Classical
-Jazz
-Rock

So, if I have a post categorized as “Audiovisuals” and its subcat “Series”, it chooses “Audiovisuals”. Which is good.
If I categorized it in “Music” and its subcat “Classical”, the plugin chooses “Classical” as the displayed category.
As I see, the plugin is strictly taking the first category within the alphabetical order.
Is there anyway to only choose from the parent categories.
