Show only one post in category page

I got a category page

category-30.php

i want to only display one post. though in all the categories it would show what i have set up on default in the options menu.

i know in the control panel under Options/Reading/ Blog Pages you can chose how many posts per page, but can you make it special when viewing a specific category page ?
