Show only one category

Duplicate no, but shows Every category, if i put 4 categories on the post, the plugin shows all.
Can i put online the first one or the primary category?

So in your screenshot you have most of the terms checked. What if you check only one? The list shows all of the posts anyways?

But i want to show posts of this categories.
i would like to show only the primary in terms. Can this be done?

@tom in wordpress, we can do this that i told about with
“<?php $category = get_the_category();
echo $category[0]->cat_name; ?>”
