'Show only on mobile devices' not working

    3 days ago, I just purchased Popup Builder PRO (Version 3.0.5). I created a HTML popup (for a phone call) and hoped it show only on mobile devices, but ticking ‘Show only on mobile devices’ doesn’t work, and the popup show on all devices from PCs, iPads to mobiles. In addition, the popup explanation for this option is confusing and it says, “If this option is active popup will not appear on mobile devices” .
