    Hi @rogens,

    I think that this is doable however you would need to have Plus Package extension for this. So you can simply setup default access to all your WooCommerce orders and check LIST TO OTHERS as well as EDIT BY OTHERS and DELETE BY OTHERS. This way user will see and manage only his/her own orders.

    To setup default access to all Orders, you can go to Posts & Terms tab and for Orders click on “Manage Access” gear icon.

    Keep me updated.

    Hi Vasyl,

    thank you for such quick response. Would be really great if this works. Do you have any demo site where I can test it?

    Thank you.

    Hello again,

    so I’ve bought the plugin [1D17EkHMk7KCTvy2AlJ1DIE4] after reading about the 10 days refund policy ;O].

    I see the options LIST TO OTHERS etc. in Post & Terms menu but only for Posts, Pages, Media, Products and Portfolio. I can’t see Woocommerce orders at all. In Backend menu I see only edit_shop_orders in WooCommerce tab. Am I missing something?

    Thank you.

    @rogens,

    Orders technically are considered as “hidden” post types and in order to manage access to them you would need to enable “Manage Hidden Post Types” options on the Settings page.

    Also I’ve recently discovered that there are some access control limitations with the way WooCommerce declares orders so feel free to request refund as I mislead you a bit.

    Thank you,
    Vasyl
