Show only if post has been modified?

    I would like to show the Modified Date for a post like this:

    Last changed: [Modified Date]

    The paragraph with the text “Last changed:” should only appear if the post actually has been modified.

    There are so many conditions in Block Visibility, but I can’t seem to find one for this situation. Is it possible?

    Never mind, maybe some day. At least I’m not too dumb to find it ??

    Thanks for the answer and your phantastic plugin. This one and The Icon Block are active on almost all my WP sites.
