Show only chosen items in body message?

Hi guys,

i seem to not understand what this acctully do.

i have a form with lots of thext boxes wher eusers can add a value.

and i want the form to submit the values that have been used, now when i submit the form the whole formrsult is shown in body message.

is it possible to only show selected/used values in body message?
