As you are mentioning, the problem occurs only for the mobile version.
But, I want to mention, that this option works in the same way for both the mobile version and PC. No matter, how the user enters the website.?
We offered you to exclude?the cache on the page, where the popup is enabled so that you can make sure the problem doesn’t come from the plugin side.?
The problem comes from the cache plugin and its options. The HTML is cached and is opened in the same way each time.?
If you want to have the Cache plugin enabled on your site in the way that popup can normally work for you, then, you need to configure the cache plugin options/settings correctly.
