Show number of views

Hello,

I would like to show “number of views” on every post and “total views” on the main page.
With Admin role I can see “number of views” for every post and they are showed on picture from the below link:

1. How can I extract “number of views” and “total views” from the database and show them on the page ?
2. Is there a plugin, that can perform this task ?
