Show New Message in menu to admin only

There is a option. check settings page in backend

Never mind, I found it in settings, last option.

Actually I don’t want users see the New Message option at all.

Also can I automatically see a link and post title in the subject or message body?

Found the solution to remove the New message button, so that users can still send message but can’t see New message button.
