Show Monthly List of Events with Next/Previous Month?

Ok, found a way to do this by hacking the calendar-full.php file, but I’d also like to display the calendar as well, so is there a way to make my own template files? Something like “calendar-list.php”? How would I call/display this in a page using a shortcode?

[events_calendar long_events=1 full=1] in combination with my hacked calendar-full.php (I removed tables and the empty days) is exactly what I was looking for.

Hi, here’s a link to my work-around. Still not 100%, but I think it will give you an idea of what I’m trying to achieve.

Because I’ve hacked the calendar-full.php file, the first/last events from the previous/next month appear which is slightly confusing.

Does anybody know if there is a way to hide the extra days from the previous/next month? Just show the days/events for the month being viewed?

your hacked seems to be correct since template files are made for additional/special purposes. would you mind sharing some snippet using pastebin.com so that the community can used it also and share their thoughts?

I’d really like to just view the current month and exclude dates from the Next/Previous moths, but not sure how to do that, so any help would be useful.

Question : I go to plugins, Eventmanager, edit : if I search for calendar-full.php it cant be found – what do I have to inser (code) where do I have to put the code that I have a monthly calendar ? Like here https://wp-events-plugin.com with the colorful categories ??

The full calendar with coloured categories is managed via a separate plugin called WP FullCalendar, and not with the code I used above.
