Show meta (Date/Category/Comments) on a Page

Hello,

On my blog, there are pages and blog posts.

The blog posts have (by default) enabled a nicely looking metadata (just below the header) with a published date/category/number of comments.

One of the pages on my blog has commenting function enabled and has gathered many comments (over 800), but is there a way to show metadata (like “modified date/number of comments) on top of my page?

Please help me out with a custom css code which will show metadata on a given/selected page.
