Show media file name in media browser?

Hello,
Is it possible to show media file name in media browser, when you browse for an image which will be inserted to page or post?
Something like it was described in this post:
https://xplus3.net/2013/09/26/add-file-name-wordpress-media-browser/Is there a plugin for it or it can be switched on in WP config?
