Yes, this is possible by extending de ranking table. I have plugin that does almost what you want. Maybe you can alter it to your specific requirements.

i have another question concearning this.

I’m currently using your ranking shortcode aswell for my sidebar,
but using this plugin ruins the layout of my sidebar(to much info in the table).

Is there an easy way i can alter this plugin to only alter the layout on the ranking page and keep the shortcode as is?

I would simply hide the extra columns via CSS in the sidebar. Much easier. The shortcode should have a class that you can target, or use a selector from the sidebar.
