show “logout” after logging in

You can add a link to your navigation menu (see: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-the-wordpress-logout-link-to-navigation-menu/), then for the Visibility logic set:

is_user_logged_in()

So that the logout link will only be visible to logged-in users.
