Show Listing page not showing ad information

    AWPCP – Classifieds Management System

    Show Ad page does not display information from Ad. Title is coming through on the post, but the information for the ad is not displayed.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for contacting us here today. I’m very sorry to hear you are having issues getting your ads to display.

    We are happy to help troubleshoot this issue with you. Since I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my test site, will you check if you have the same issue under these conditions?

    • all other plugins deactivated
    • any custom code removed
    • WP 2020 theme active
    • running the current version of Classifieds Plugin
    • running the current version of WordPress
    • all site, server, and browser caches cleared

    Hi Garrett,

    Thank you for your assistance. The following did not work, but I was able to find more information in the SEO section for the admin setting.

    I had to select Display listings on their own page: “Enable this setting to display each listing on its own page, instead of showing the listing’s content inside the Show Classifieds page.”

    This was kind of tricky to find, but I’m glad it solved the issue.
