Show list of attached library files in frontend

Hi
I’m looking for a plugin/page-template which will let me show a list of documents in the frontend. Something like this: https://sites.google.com/site/vildrosen/foreningerne or this (full page): https://sites.google.com/site/vildrosen/foreningerne/vildrose-i/officielle-dokumenter

I looked quite a lot but couldn’t yet find something that resembles that.
