Show link only for registered users

Hi, maybe someone already answered this question but I don’t find so, I want to know how can I hide a link (to download something) for the guests and then show it for registered users?
I found some codes searching for this and had to paste that code into function.php but that thing just blowed my blog and it gave me error.
Can someone help me?
