show latest galleries automatically

    Hello there

    First of all: FooGallery ist a brilliant plugin and i love to work with it.

    I’m maintaining a club website on which we inform about our activities. We do this also with photos. Several events per year are documented on this way and the 4-5 most recent photo galleries of past events should be displayed on the home page.

    Now my question: Is there a (easy… :-D) way to automatically query the 4 or 5 (or whatever) newest galleries and show them at a certain place? And when a new gallery is made, the oldest one gets replaced with the newest one.

    On this website, I work with Themify and their mighty builder. It already has a feature to query posts with many options, maybe that’s already a part of the solution. e.g. you can query all posts with a certain tag or a certain category.

    Thanks for using FooGallery!

    There is no feature like this at the moment, but I think it will be easy enough to add so I will add it to our feature backlog. It can probably be done by adding an attribute to the album shortcode. I will have to think about this and see the easiest way to add this feature.
