Show last 5 posts on a page styled a certain way…

Hi all,

How can I show the last 5 posts on a page (as in put the code into the page wysiwyg) and have it in this style:

Title of post 5
20 minutes ago | 5 comments

Title of post 4
1 day ago | 5 comments

Title of post 3
3 days ago | 5 comments

Title of post 2
1 week ago | 5 comments

Title of post 1
1 month ago | 5 comments

Any help would be great.
