Show large resolution in og:image tags URLs, not full resolution

Thanks for the free plugin.

The og:image URLs that this plugin generates in the page code is the full image URL. This is giving us unsuccessful results when sharing on WhatsApp. It may be because our full sized image are large in size. However, when we manually find and enter the large sized (1024×1024 in our case) image URL, the thumbnail shows up fine.

Is there a way to get the URLs in the og:image, og:image:url, and og:image:secure_url of a post to have the large sized image URL instead of the full size? Even if we manually select the image from the “Use this image” field in the post, there isn’t a way to select the image size.
