Show just the number of shares

I just update to the new version and the entire counts set to 0.
What can I do?

I ask again: Are using an API Key?

Disable Mashshare Transient Cache and than reload any page with zero count.
If you are using API key, the shares come immediately.

Enable than the Mashshare Cache again.
