This is 100% wrong. That indicates that you believe you are a customer and you are not. There are no customers on this site and there never has been.
The developer here, like you and I, is a volunteer. They do not owe you anything, not even a reply. Do not attempt to escalate to the “manager” again as that is vey inappropriate.
If you are not happy as a free, opensource user of this free plugin then remove it from your installation and seek a different one.
If you are a paying customer of this developer then the developer must not support you on this site. They will get into real trouble here if the support real customers on this site.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
