Show Image from Post on Home Page

hi, great theme!

I wanted to know if there is a way to show the image from a post on the home page. I thought select post type “image” would do it, but I guess not. It only shows title of post on home page.

If you embed a youtube video and select post type video, it shows the video on the home page, so something like that for images would be great.
