    You have a image field into your form ? And you would display it on your generated PDF ? that’s it ?

    Hi Florent,

    I’d like to do exactly this as well – my form is an application form where the user uploads a photo of themselves. If that photo could be part of the PDF instead of as another attachment, that would be great.

    At the moment I have to do 2 printouts – one for the form data and the other for the photo. If they could be combined, that would be perfect.

    My new version of Send PDF width CF7 (0.5.6) adding a new option : convert [file] tags to image for your PDF and fix your problem.
