Thanks for the positive feedback and for your question.

You can use MLA’s [mla_gallery] shortcode to display a gallery of items that match a category or other taxonomy term if you have assigned terms in the taxonomy to your items. MLA provides the Att. Category and Att. Tag taxonomies for this purpose; you can add support for other taxonomies if your application needs them.

For example, if you use the “Att. Category” taxonomy you can code something like:

    [mla_gallery attachment_category=technology]

to display all items assigned to the “technology” term in the Att. Category taxonomy.

You can find more information and examples in the “Simple Taxonomy Parameters” and “Taxonomy Queries” sections of the Settings/Media Library Assistant Documentation tab.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you have problems or further questions regarding taxonomy support in MLA and [mla_gallery]. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.

Thanks for your update with the good news.

You can change many elements of the gallery display, including the link behind each image, with the “Gallery Display Content” shortcode parameters described in the Documentation tab. The Documentation tab also describes the size= parameter with which you can select the medium, large or full image sizes.

You can also use “Style and Markup Templates” for even greater customization of the gallery display.

If you have any problems or further questions regarding the above Documentation sections, post an update and I can give you more specific guidance.
