Show IDs in specific parts of the back end

    Hi,
    Thank you for this plugin.

    One thing that would be really great to have is to display IDs within parts of the backend in which the user really edit things (and bulk edit thing) which are mainly:
    – Dropdown list where you select the parent page or post or category (both on detail page and quickly edit)
    – Menu configuration where you show menu lists and list pages or post to add into the menus.
