Show/hide TOC not working in mobile

Hi,
I have table of contents on specific blog posts. By default, I have the TOC to hidden. I noticed that the show/hide button doesn’t work in Mobile web (I use Pixel 3 Chrome browser), but it is fine on the Desktop chrome browser. On mobile, when I click “show”, it goes to the start of the page. Can you please help take a look?
