Show hidden fields in emails and entries

Hi!

Hidden fields aren’t real ACF fields and as such my plugin doesn’t know about them. To include them in entries or notification emails one would have to write a bit of code. You can for example use the af/form/email/content filter to add content before an email is sent. If you would like to add custom data to an entry you can use the af/form/entry_created action: https://advancedforms.github.io/actions/af-form-entry_created/.
