Show Header on all pages?

    By header, do you mean to say The Big Title section of the theme?

    It’s not possible withing the Customizer.

    However, if you want can create a custom page template in your Child Theme and add the following code inside the <header> tags:

    <?php include get_template_directory() . "/sections/big_title.php"; ?>
