hi there. Depending on which page my header appears, I’d like the background colour to differ. I found a video on YouTube from 4 years ago that suggests to use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.

Just checking since this is 4 years ago, is it possible to do this with elementor? I’m just trying to minimise the number of plugins I install as well as not creating a second near duplicate header.

    thanks in advance, Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

Yes, the feature you mentioned is still very much applicable. Elementor’s containers now support dynamic background colors, allowing you to assign custom fields, just like in the video you shared.

With this feature, you can link the background color of a container to dynamic data, such as custom fields from plugins like ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), making your designs more flexible and responsive to the content or conditions you set.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind regards,
