Show groups and subgroups with template selector.

Hello I have a query and created a group within it your group and within them a group What happens is that the list looks long and tedious and nothing is understood, knowing if there is a way to do when you select the first group you can open the subgroup and within it the following your group successively, made a consultation with their respective images in the forum but nobody answers me please someone can help me.
