Show General Ad Only When Another Targeted ad not in same placement

    I would like to show targeted ads on some pages. I want the targeted ads to show instead of the general ad that now shows on all pages.

    I want the general add to continue to show on all other pages than the pages on which the targeted ad shows.

    Is it possible to do this? If so, how?

    Hi cartonbuiltmodels,

    If I understand your request correctly, you have two types of displays: the first type is visible on all pages. In contrast, the other ads are targeted with conditions to certain pages or users. You would like to make sure that Advanced Ads first tries to play the targeted ads, and in case it is a page for general ads, the general ads instead of the targeted ads.

    To do this, please create a group and select the group mode “ordered”. Then add the targeted ads and the general ads. Please make sure to define a higher ad weight for the targeted ads than for the general displays. This way, you can ensure that the plugin will try to show them first. If this is not successful because of the defined conditions, the plugin will “jump” to the general displays without conditions.
