Show Full Post and not part post

    Hi there

    I have a wordpress site at https://www.dalzielstandrews.org.uk. I have it that the home page shows recent posts. There was no issue with this until today where only part of the posts are showing – not the full ones. I have looked through the forums and it suggests changing the excerpt() to content(), however it aready says content() and excerpt() isn’t anywhere to be seen!

    Any help would be much appreciated!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi

    Thanks for your help. After reading your reply it occurred to me that I updated a plugin this afternoon. Deactivated that plugin and it sorted it out, so have rolled back to the previous version and everything is working as it should now. Will email the plugin developers.
