I am afraid it isn’t possible, you would need to add a text element manually on your page or use an HTML field for this.

For example:

It accepts HTML so you can use any header element:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/Heading_Elements

I am already using HTML in the header, but the problem is I dont want to include the HTML field in the email notifications and I cant find a way to exclude it.
I already added this code but it didnt work:

Can you suggest something please o exclude html fields from emails?

When using the code did you use the macro:

{all_non_empty_fields}

It should be on the Form > Email notification instead of {all_fields}

I tested the code and worked on my end.
