Show flickr sets in wordpress

I want to create a page in WordPress, that is an overview of all sets from a flickr account, making it a gallery of sorts. Clicking on each set takes you away from wordpress – to flickr.com and the selected set.

Does a plugin exist, that allows me to do this?
