Show first image instead of post thumbnail

Sure, There are very few people who use grab the “first image of a post” as featured image but it’s still a valid use case. I have created a ticket for this, we will definitely add it in the future.

thanks! I use AMP for WP since some days and already have +500 visitors.. Can you add the feature to use the first image instead of the featured right now if I buy your premium support?
