Show filter widget now showing all products

The filter widget is showing just a partial list of products, not all the products I have in the shop for that specific category or attribute.
Example page:
What it shows: 2 Products show on the shop page when I use the “Chardonnay wines” filter widget: https://uncorkmexico.com/shop/?filter_varietal=chardonnay&query_type_varietal=or
What it should show: If I look at the shop/varietal/chardonnay URL it shows all products: https://uncorkmexico.com/shop/varietal/chardonnay/
It’s affecting the product count for all attributes and category filters. It might be time-based because it seems like the products I add most recently show when I use the widget filter, but not the oldest ones.
