show file is uploaded on order resume

Hi, thank you for this plugin, it’s fantastic! It’s really what i needed to make quick orders with customers when we do not have time to record their datas, like during the trade shows: we take a picture of their business card and we create their account later. So it’s really good for me!
I wonder if there’s any chance to display in the order report that there’s a picture to download. Once i receive the email of the new order, there’s no way to know that there’s a picture to download. Is it possible to show an alert on the email order report?
