Show fields in profile?

  • Hello,

    After updating the plugin, I saw in the “Extra profile fields” settings that there is an option to show the custom fields in the profile.

    But if I check the option and save, it is not saved actually.
    The option remains unchecked.

    Is there is a way to change the option directly in the database ?
    Why is it not saving the option please ?

    I found the answer.

    I update the database manually.
    In the options table : I inserted the value 1 for the option : acui_show_profile_fields.

    Now It shows the custom fields but I cannot update the value from WP admin panel because the option get unchecked when saving.

    I don’t know if it is because I am using a multisite ??

    @jbb21,

    Good morning, there are problems with multi site? I didn’t know it, but yes, because “profile” action are from all the network.

    We can fix it in new version but anyway, if you really need it soon, you can support the develop.
