Can you please update the plugin to version 3.26 and add the argument show_pictures=”true” to [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode? You should be able to see pictures uploaded with reviews. It didn’t work in the previous versions of the plugin.

Can you please provide screenshots of “Review Extensions” and “Diagnostics” pages of the plugin’s settings? Also, please provide a screenshot of the shortcode to check what arguments you are passing to the shortcode.
