Show empty categories are not working

    I have to show empty categories on the category page. I am using shortcode [product_categories ids=”650,638,649,637,639″]. Using this plugin still, it’s not showing empty categories.

    You may need to change
    Shop Page Display to include Categories

    and/or change
    Default Category Display to include Subcategories.

    You can find these settings on WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display page.

    What do you have these set to?

    Thank you for the reply, Yes I have set display including subcategories but still not working.

    After further investigstion, it appears that the option only works for displaying empty categories on the WooCommerce Shop and Product pages.

    It does not work when you add the [product_categories] shortcode onto a regular page.

    I will see if I can find a solution for this, but no guarantees.
