Show day, instead of reoccurring date range

    p.s. i got rid of the start and end dates, but still was hoping to still call out the day e.g. “Thursdays from..”, “Wednesdays from..”

    Also, how do I change it from “1 May 2014 6:30 pm” to “May 1, 2014 at 6:30pm”

    You just need to edit the event-meta-single-event.php file. You can change the date format there, and also pull out the recurrence details (see eo_get_event_schedule – codex) to format the text as appropriate.
