Show custom shipping when free shipping is available

I create some custom shipping by using “Shipping Methods by City or Postcode Module” , “Custom Shipping Module” and “Shipping Methods by Min/Max Order Amount Module”
I want to show them even when the free shipping is available, the custom shipping is faster and I want to let the user choose to pay for faster shipping or get slower shipping for free.

In the it “Flat Rate” and I change it to something else that works like “Flat Rate” and it and free shipping?
