Show custom field in results table

  • In Custom field, Activate/Enable Custom fields enable box and in #ID Field name, enter your text and select the type you want.

    As you do, you will see the custom field variables populating under the box.
    $form{0} – Full Name
    $form{1} – Email

    Then go down to result box and insert those variables. and they will show up.
    i.e. Hello $form{0}

    Hello. I have done this but the custom variables are returning nothing. Please help
