Hi, thanks for your reply. I had geolocation selected. I looked at my woocommerce status screen and it says I need a MaxMind GeoIP database, I looked into this and it looks like a paid service, is that right I have to pay a subscription to them if I want this to work?

WooCommerce uses the MaxMind GeoIP database to determine the correct customer location. For WooCommerce to download the MaxMind database, first, you have to create a free account on MaxMind.com to get a license key.

I’ve got geolocate working and it’s working on the checkout page when I change the address (this was already working), but it’s still not on the product pages?

You have to check that the geolocation works by browsing in private mode. We recommend you read our tutorial about How to test Price Based on Country.

If you are using a cache plugin, you must to read Geolocation with cache support.
