Show country in review

    Hey,
    I am a pro user of this plugin. Have bought the whole bundle and love the theme add on.
    I sell globally so it would be great if there is an option to show country or city of the customer along with the author name in reviews.

    You have a couple of options:

    1. Simple: Create a Country/City field(s) in a custom Review Form and then display the submitted values in your review.
    2. Advanced: Use something like https://ip-api.com/ in the site-reviews/review/request or site-reviews/review/created hook to get the country/city automatically from the IP address. Then use the site-reviews/review/value/author filter hook to modify the name value to append the country/city in a <span> tag.
