Statistics no longer show episodes since latest 2/14 update

  • Discovered that my episodes have not been tracking statistics (either within the WordPress dashboard or on the Blubrry website) for nearly two weeks.

    The feed itself is structured properly, however, Services & Stats tab did not show the green checkmark? I had to login once again, but appears I lost all stats for those 5 shows?

    Please contact Blubrry support for help with your stats:
    https://www.blubrry.com/contact/
    Click the Select link under the first option, Podcast Hosting, Statistics and WordPress Hosting and fill out the form. Be sure to include the name of your podcast as it appears in your Blubrry account. Staff will take a look at your stats and get back to you as soon as possible.
